Sola City Church

Alex is the Lead Pastor of Sola City Church and is responsible for vision, shepherding, preaching, and other responsibilities. He desires to see the church grow into its full stature in Christ, marked by theological clarity, missional fervor, and love.  He also works as a biblical counselor on the side, walking with people from all over the world through hardships and difficulties. He loves a good cup of coffee, Atlanta sports, and coaching his boys in sports. He and his wife Jessy have three children: Ezra Willow, Elisha Paton, and Elias Judson.

Sarah loves serving as the Children’s Ministry Director at Sola City Church. Her desire is to see children grow in the knowledge of the Lord and to come alongside parents as they raise their kids up in godliness. She loves spending time with her husband, Felix, and their three children, Gio, Amora Camila and Thiago.

Darian has been with Sola City Church since launch date in January of 2018 and Administrator since September 2025. She has been married to Jon Gailey for 7 years, who leads worship on Sundays. Their son is named Jude whom Darian raises at home full-time. She has a love for thrifting, crafting and making her home cozy and childhood for Jude magical.

Devon has been attending Sola City Church for 8 years and has been married to Bri Terry for the same amount of time. They have a baby boy named McMillan (Mac). Devon is in management for the roofing industry. He has been serving as a Deacon for 1.5 years and also leads our Media Team. Devon has too many hobbies to list but he mostly enjoys fitness, golf, Dungeons & Dragons, writing, and cooking/barbecuing. 

Melissa has been at Sola City Church for 4 years, serving as a Deacon for the last year. She is our Women's Ministry leader. Melissa works full-time and is wife to D.J. and mom to 3 teens named Eddie, Ethan, and Norah plus their bonus child Milo (their pup). She is passionate about helping women know, understand, and confidently handle the Word of God. Her heart is to see women cultivate a deep, resilient relationship with Him that thrives just as much in the messy, difficult seasons as it does in the flourishing seasons. When she needs a creative outlet, she is a total maker/DIYer at heart! She loves creating beautiful things and spaces as well as experimenting with new crafting mediums. You will also always find her working on a new puzzle!

Jordan London has been with Sola City Church since launch and serves as a deacon of finance at Sola City Church. He serves on both security and Children's ministry teams. Jordan loves spending time with his wife, Suzanne and two children, Rhett and Remi, as they enjoy God through various outdoor activities.  

Ronny Wilson has been at Sola City Church for 7 years and has been serving as a deacon for the last 5 years. He has a laser focus on actively ensuring all new visitors are cared for, connected and led through the church membership process. He and his wife of 9 years, Casey, have 3 children: Bood (William), Shep and Winnie. Ronny works as a Home Health Nurse and is currently in school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Being with family is hands down his favorite way to spend his free time. He loves moving his body outside in some shape or form and also the show Survivor!
